What: 2010 All-Star clinic and mini-camp

Who: Hosted by Coach Craig Pedersen and the Øst All-Star team

Where: Næstved Hallen d. 7/2 2010

When: Kl. 10:00- 13:00

What you need to know: Come and be coached by Denmarks best coaches and players on All-Star day Feb. 7th, 2010 in Næstved Hallen. Craig Pedersen ( Svendborg Rabbits) and his Øst All-Stars will take you thru many of the tips that have made them into the players that they are today. Basketball tools such as: Jump catch, Blast cuts, proper shooting technique, scoring moves, reverse turns, how to read screens, how to cut, and many other techniques will be drilled.

Here is a brief rundown of the day:

10:00-10:30 Registration/Organization

10:30-11:30 Breakdown work: Perimeter and Post play including tips from the top players in the country at each position.

11:30-12:30 Individual work at a station of your choice: scoring moves, shooting technique, cutting, reading screens, etc.

12:30.13:00 Time with a star: One on one with the Øst All star team. This includes question/answer session, along with final comments by Head Coach Craig Pedersen.
